Return and Refund Policy

All products from My Silly Box of Crayons LLC are printed on demand and produced specifically for each order. Because of this, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other customer ordering errors.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact My Silly Box of Crayons LLC as soon as possible so we can help make it right.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the item and the damage, defect, or error. Photos of the packaging may also be requested.

Because our products are fulfilled by different print-on-demand providers with specific reporting requirements, please contact us promptly after receiving your order. Eligible issues must be reported within the applicable fulfillment provider's claim period.

After the issue has been reviewed and approved, a replacement or refund may be provided, as appropriate. Damaged or defective items generally do not need to be returned unless otherwise requested.

Clothing and Sizing

Because our products are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection. Please review the size chart carefully before ordering. If you are unsure which size to choose, we recommend sizing up.
